The search involves various units, including the South Australia Police water operations, PolAir, the State Emergency Service, and Surf Life Saving SA, utilising hovercrafts and jet skis in their efforts.
Family members have stated that Doe is familiar with the area and is a capable swimmer, which adds a potential element of hope to the ongoing search. Authorities are keen to locate any witnesses who may have seen him walking in the vicinity or who might have assisted him during the night.
