Emergency services were alerted to a plane crash on Medway Road in Berrima, approximately 130 kilometres from Sydney, shortly after 7:45 am today. The incident involved a male pilot in his 50s, who was the sole occupant of the aircraft and became trapped in the wreckage. Emergency responders are currently providing treatment for leg injuries he sustained during the crash. A range of emergency personnel, including firefighters and a helicopter team, are on-site assisting with the situation.
