Tristan Tate, aged 36, is facing serious charges including rape, human trafficking, and actual bodily harm linked to a single woman. Alongside his brother Andrew Tate, they are dual citizens of the US and the UK and were apprehended in Romania in late 2022. The duo was officially indicted the following year for allegedly being involved in a criminal organisation that deceived women into coming to Romania, where they faced sexual exploitation.
