Police Uncover $3 Million Worth of Methamphetamine Hidden in Vehicle During Regional Victoria Traffic Stop

Authorities conducted a search of a vehicle and discovered two mobile phones, a significant amount of cash, and a substance believed to be methylamphetamine. The driver, a 20-year-old man from Keilor Downs, was apprehended at the location. Police report that the quantity of methylamphetamine found in the car is valued at approximately $3 million, classifying it as a traffickable amount. The individual has been charged with trafficking a large commercial quantity of methylamphetamine and has been remanded in custody, set to appear before the Horsham Magistrates’ Court later today. Stawell, where the incident took place, is situated around 237 kilometres north-west of Melbourne.
