On March 21, 2018, Mark Conditt, a 23-year-old serial bomber, tragically took his own life in his vehicle during a police pursuit in Austin, Texas. Just prior to his demise, he recorded a video confession admitting to the creation and detonation of a series of explosive devices that resulted in the deaths of two individuals and left five others harmed.
Conditt’s family was taken aback by the revelations of his actions. They described him as a reserved and compassionate person, making it difficult for them to reconcile their memories of him with the heinous acts he committed.
