Presently, he is charged with attempting to assassinate the President of the United States, along with lesser charges related to the illegal transportation of firearms and ammunition across state lines with the intent to commit a felony, and discharging a firearm during a violent crime.
Pirro stated early this morning, Australian time, that the investigation is ongoing and more charges will be added as it progresses. She emphasised the gravity of the situation, clarifying that this incident constitutes an attempted assassination of the President, explicitly noting that Allen’s intentions were clear and aimed at harming numerous high-ranking Cabinet officials.
