An incident at Sydney Airport’s T3 domestic terminal has left a Qantas customer service staff member with head injuries after falling five metres from an aerobridge. Emergency response teams promptly provided first aid before transferring the injured employee to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital for further treatment.

A representative for Sydney Airport confirmed that Safe Work NSW has been informed about the accident. The spokesperson emphasised a commitment to prioritising the well-being of the injured individual and assisting with the ongoing investigations.
