Former AFL player Jordan Lewis was dining in Melbourne when two teenagers allegedly crashed a stolen car into his parked vehicle, flipping it on its side around 1:30 pm in Richmond. Following the collision, which also involved another vehicle, the teenagers fled the scene on foot.

Witnesses, including brothers Matthew and Michael Turco, pursued the duo, tracking them to a nearby KFC where they managed to detain one of them until police arrived. Matthew recounted the chase, saying it felt like a “cat and mouse” game, as they navigated the back streets while yelling for the teens to halt.

Police apprehended one of the suspects, who is currently being questioned, while the other was transported to St Vincent’s Hospital. Thankfully, no injuries were reported, and it was noted that Lewis’s car was the only significantly affected vehicle in the incident.
