UFC president Dana White is reportedly on his way to Australia, having possibly already arrived in Sydney. According to Ben Fordham from 2GB, White’s visit includes plans to meet with NSW Premier Chris Minns and address the media in the coming days. His trip coincides with a significant UFC fight night scheduled at Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney Olympic Park on Sunday, which follows a campaign promise from Minns to host three UFC events in the city. The first of these events took place in September 2023 and saw tickets sold out within 13 minutes, with a considerable portion acquired by international fans. White is known for his influential connections in US politics, particularly with former President Donald Trump.
