In the early hours of the morning, specifically around 2:35 AM, a passing motorist stumbled upon a tragic accident on Kelletts Road, Rowville. Sadly, two teenage boys were pronounced dead at the site and their identities have not yet been confirmed.
Authorities have indicated that the vehicle involved in the incident is suspected to be one of two cars reported stolen from an address on Emica Parade in Knoxfield the previous night. In response to this serious event, the Major Collision Investigation Unit has commenced an inquiry to explore the details and circumstances leading to the crash.
