Two men have sustained critical injuries following a suspected altercation at a barbershop in southern New South Wales. Authorities were alerted to the incident at a salon on Crawford Street in Queanbeyan, close to the Australian Capital Territory, around 1.10pm today.
The two males, thought to be in their twenties, were transported to Canberra Hospital prior to the police’s arrival on the scene. In response to the situation, law enforcement has set up a crime scene and is actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
Initial reports indicate that the men may have been stabbed, although it remains uncertain whether other weapons were used in the brawl. Officers are calling for anyone with information pertaining to the event to reach out to the police.
