Two men are in critical condition following a severe collision involving a stolen vehicle in Tarneit, Melbourne, early this morning. Emergency services responded to a call about the crash between a Haval Jolion and a Toyota Camry at approximately 1.25 am.
The incident reportedly began when the Haval Jolion collided with the Camry before crashing into a pole at the intersection of Doherty’s Road and Werribee-Melton Road. Two males from the Haval were rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries, while a third male from the same vehicle sustained injuries that are not considered life-threatening. Fortunately, the occupants of the Toyota Camry emerged from the accident without serious injuries.
Authorities have revealed that the Haval was stolen from a shopping centre car park on Hummingbird Boulevard, Tarneit, on May 10.
