A tragic head-on collision in Melbourne’s south-eastern suburb of Clayton South has resulted in the deaths of two individuals early this morning. The crash, which occurred shortly before 6 am, involved two vehicles, each occupied by one driver. Both the male and female drivers were pronounced dead at the scene of the incident.
Authorities have yet to release the names of the deceased. The accident took place at the intersection of Westall Road and Rosebank Avenue. In light of the investigation into the circumstances of the crash, police have closed the intersection and are advising motorists to seek alternative routes.
