Initial tsunami waves have already begun reaching Alaska’s western Aleutian Islands. In Kodiak, Alaska, the first waves are anticipated around 2:20 PM AEST. Southeast Alaska can expect the tsunami between 2:45 PM and 3:55 PM AEST.

Hawaii is predicted to experience the arrival of tsunami waves at approximately 2:15 PM AEST. In the continental US, Washington and Oregon are set to see waves starting from 4:35 PM to 4:55 PM AEST. For Northern California, the first waves are expected at 4:50 PM AEST, with San Francisco Bay anticipated to be affected by around 5:50 PM AEST, followed by Southern California coastlines around 6:00 PM AEST.
