Three men have been charged following a violent altercation at a service station in Sydney that resulted in a man sustaining a broken arm. The incident took place around 9pm on Thursday, May 15, at a car wash located on Canterbury Road in Belmore, in the city’s south-western area.
A 37-year-old man was approached by an unknown individual, leading to a heated argument between the two. Following this confrontation, the assailant left but subsequently returned with two accomplices and attacked the 37-year-old man. By the time police arrived on the scene, all individuals involved had fled.
The injured man was later found in hospital, where medical staff treated him for facial injuries and his fractured arm. He has since been discharged from the hospital.
After an investigation, authorities arrested three men, aged 35, 27, and 22, the following night. The trio has been charged with affray and has been denied bail, set to appear in court today.
