Prominent player manager Isaac Moses has secured a deal for Adam Doueihi, a versatile talent, indicating he could be the latest high-profile exit from the Wests Tigers. Moses has previously facilitated the departures of stars like James Tedesco, Mitch Moses, and Aaron Woods from the club in 2017, as well as Lachlan Galvin’s recent move to the Bulldogs.

Currently without a signing for the upcoming season, Doueihi is attracting interest from multiple rival teams. Given the longstanding and contentious relationship between Moses and the Tigers, the likelihood of Doueihi continuing with the club appears minimal.

In recent developments, it has surfaced that he was involved in a confrontation with coach Benji Marshall during training, following a disagreement over a tackle in a drill. Compounding the situation, Doueihi was passed over for the role of club captain this week, despite the absence of regular captain Api Koroisau and other key players. Instead, Marshall chose to appoint prop Alex Twal as captain.

At just 26, Doueihi is in his sixth season with the Tigers and has demonstrated commendable perseverance, overcoming significant knee injuries throughout his career. The current climate around his position within the team raises questions about his future with the Wests Tigers.
