Teenager Attacked by Shark at Renowned Holiday Beach in NSW

A teenage boy sustained severe injuries from a shark bite while at a beach on the northern coast of New South Wales. Emergency services were alerted to the incident at Cabarita Beach, situated between Tweed Heads and Byron Bay, at approximately 3:50 PM on Sunday. The young victim suffered injuries to his arms and hands, prompting his airlift to Gold Coast University Hospital via the Westpac Rescue Helicopter. He is currently reported to be in serious but stable condition.
