Authorities in Perth’s outer suburbs are currently searching for two individuals involved in the theft of a pet American Staffordshire Terrier named Poppy. The incident occurred on June 30, when a silver Toyota hatchback was spotted pulling up to a residence on Gloucester Street in Shoalwater.

Footage released by the police shows two people exiting the vehicle and approaching the driveway, where they took Poppy, a black-and-white female dog notable for a distinctive maple leaf marking on her chest.

The police have intensified their investigations into the matter and are appealing for public assistance. Anyone with relevant information is encouraged to reach out to Crime Stoppers.
