Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing allegations of sexual battery from Bryana “Bana” Bongolan, who asserts that an incident occurred in September 2016. In a recently filed lawsuit, Bongolan, then an aspiring fashion designer, describes Combs’ behaviour as “outrageous and abhorrent,” claiming it violated her dignity and safety.
The lawsuit details a specific incident on September 26, 2016, when Combs allegedly appeared at his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura’s apartment, attempting to access it violently. Concerned for her safety, Bongolan urged her girlfriend to hide. Once inside, Combs reportedly confronted Bongolan on the balcony, where he groped her and lifted her over the banister of the 17th floor. The suit alleges that Bongolan narrowly secured herself back over the edge before Combs lifted her again, holding her perilously above the ground.
Combs’ legal team has categorically denied these allegations, asserting confidence in the judicial process to prove the claims unfounded. This lawsuit ties into a broader pattern of complaints against Combs, with over 30 civil cases pending against him and an ongoing federal investigation. Bongolan seeks damages for the trauma she claims to have endured.
