A woman has been taken to hospital following a serious car accident involving her Holden sedan in Clearview, Adelaide, just before 3am. The vehicle collided with a Toyota Camry and subsequently crashed into a house on Hampstead Road, flipping onto its roof during the incident.
As a result of the collision, the gas line at the property was damaged, prompting an evacuation of the residents for safety. Fortunately, none of the occupants from the house reported any injuries. Emergency services arrived quickly, extricating the trapped 32-year-old driver from her car and transporting her to the hospital. Fortunately, her injuries have been reported as non-life-threatening.
The occupants of the Toyota Camry were unharmed in the crash. However, the house itself suffered substantial damage at the front, necessitating immediate assistance from the State Emergency Service (SES) to conduct emergency repairs, allowing the residents to safely return home afterward.
