A 37-year-old man from Dicky Beach was arrested following an encounter with a girl at Moffat Beach on December 2, 2024. He faces a total of 20 charges, which include three counts of rape and seven counts of supplying dangerous drugs to minors, with a court appearance scheduled for April 14. Authorities believe there may be additional victims and are urging anyone with relevant information or those who may have been transported by this individual to come forward.
