A 51-year-old unsworn employee of NSW Police has been charged with high-range drink driving following an arrest in Sydney’s Hills district. The incident occurred around 9.30pm when the woman was pulled over on Green Road in Kellyville due to erratic driving behaviour. After failing a roadside breath test, she was taken to Castle Hill Police Station, where it was determined that her blood-alcohol concentration was 0.166, significantly exceeding the legal limit.

She faces charges of high-range drink driving and is scheduled to appear in Parramatta Local Court next month. Consequently, her driver’s licence has been suspended, and her employment with the police is currently under review.
