A 46-year-old man from Donnybrook was involved in a disturbing incident on Sydney Road in Roxburgh Park last night. Around 10.30 pm, he was driving north in his black Volkswagen Golf sedan when a group of motorcyclists rode erratically in front of him. This led to a confrontation at the intersection of Somerton Road.

According to police reports, the motorcyclists launched an attack on the man, resulting in injuries that, fortunately, were not life-threatening. Following the assault, the riders vandalised the Golf by smashing its windows before fleeing the scene, heading towards Pascoe Vale Road. The incident has raised concerns over road safety and the behaviour of motorcyclists in the area.
