Melbourne is now home to the inaugural Barbie-themed café outside the US, located in Chadstone Shopping Centre. This creative two-storey venue mimics a “dream house” and boasts a diverse menu featuring themed food and drinks, including unique ice cream flavours and cocktails. An exciting roller rink adds to the café’s appeal.

The café is particularly popular among younger visitors, generating considerable buzz since its opening. Brii Jamieson from Mushroom Group expressed her enthusiasm, stating that bringing this concept to life has been a rewarding endeavour.

In addition to its family-friendly dining options, the café offers a restricted-access bar called “Ken’s Kabana”. This area is open exclusively to guests aged 18 and over after 8pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

The Malibu Barbie Café is set to remain operational until the next summer, inviting patrons to experience its whimsical offerings.
