Oasis expressed their deep shock and sadness following a tragic incident during their concert at Wembley Stadium in London, where a man in his 40s fell to his death. The Metropolitan Police reported that they were alerted to an injured person shortly before 10:30 pm on Saturday night, arriving on the scene to find the man with injuries indicative of a fall. Despite prompt emergency response efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.

The police are appealing for witnesses to come forward, especially anyone who may have recorded the incident on their phones. In a heartfelt statement, the band communicated their sincere condolences to the deceased’s family and friends, acknowledging the unfortunate loss of a fan during their performance.

Wembley Stadium representatives stated that specialised support services were being offered to the man’s family, who have not yet been publicly identified. They expressed their sorrow, noting that despite the best efforts of emergency responders, the fan could not be saved. The statement assured that the family has been informed and that specially trained officers are providing ongoing support.
