Emergency services received a call shortly after 7am regarding an incident at a residence on Maida Street in Lammermoor, located near Yeppoon on Queensland’s Capricorn Coast. Tragically, a 27-year-old man succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene despite the intervention of paramedics.
Following the incident, the perpetrator fled in a white ute accompanied by a woman. Authorities have noted that the two men involved were acquainted with one another. Currently, no arrests have been made, and police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding this event.
