Authorities responded to a welfare check request on Ian Wood Drive in Dolphin Heads at approximately 3:12 PM. Upon arrival, they discovered a 56-year-old man unresponsive in the property’s yard. Unfortunately, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The police are currently looking into the factors surrounding his death.
