A light aircraft made an emergency landing on the Mona Vale Golf Course, situated in Sydney’s Northern Beaches, shortly after 2pm. It is reported that two individuals were aboard the plane when it touched down on the golf course. Fortunately, they managed to exit the aircraft by themselves and are currently being evaluated by paramedics for minor injuries.
The aircraft is understood to have been travelling from Camden to Wollongong before the unexpected landing occurred in front of the clubhouse. Emergency services, including firefighters, have arrived at the scene to assist. The incident highlights the importance of prompt emergency responses in ensuring the safety of those involved.
