Despite the administration process, trading and delivery hours will remain unchanged. The owners invited patrons to continue supporting the restaurant located on High Street in Thornbury, encouraging visits for meals, takeaways, and drinks at the bar as they navigate through this transitional phase.
Originally launched as a delivery service during Melbourne’s lengthy COVID-19 lockdowns, 1800 Lasagne began with owner Joey Kellock operating from his home kitchen, turning out beloved home-style Italian meals.
