A notorious youth offender from Victoria has been arrested once more. The 15-year-old, who has previously racked up over 50 bail breaches, was released by a Children’s Court judge only to allegedly re-offend within 12 hours. Following his release, police apprehended him at home after a string of aggravated burglaries, including a break-in at Almond Street, Caulfield South at 4 am on February 7, resulting in the theft of a motorbike, a BMW X5, and a Ford Ranger.
Furthermore, he is accused of participating in another aggravated burglary that same morning on Hardinge Street, Beaumaris, where a Mazda MX5, an Audi Q5, and a BMW X3, along with various wallets and watches, were stolen. The teenager now faces charges comprising four counts of aggravated burglary and seven counts of motor vehicle theft. He appeared in court today and has been remanded.
