Souled Out has announced the cancellation of its music festival, which was slated for February 13 in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, just over a week ahead of the event. The organisers expressed their disappointment, explaining that the festival failed to garner sufficient support to stay financially sustainable.
In their statement, they acknowledged the ongoing difficulties facing many festivals in Australia and noted, “After exploring every possible option, we’ve had to make the tough call to cancel this year’s edition of Souled Out.” Despite an exciting line-up of international acts, Souled Out joins a growing list of music festivals that have unfortunately been unable to overcome the challenging market environment.
