Two criminals are currently evading capture after they unlawfully entered a residence in west Adelaide on Friday afternoon. The incident occurred around 1pm on Third Avenue in Seaton, where a determined neighbour attempted to intervene as the intruders broke a window to gain access to the home.
In footage from the scene, the neighbour can be seen confronting the thieves, asserting, “I’m recording everything; you will be caught,” and promptly threatening to contact the police while alerting nearby residents about the break-in. Remarkably, the homeowner had just left the property a mere ten minutes prior to the incident, narrowly escaping the theft.
Law enforcement was notified, and Crime Scene Investigators arrived shortly after to examine the scene. As of now, no suspects have been apprehended, and authorities are actively pursuing leads in the ongoing investigation.
