A man was stabbed outside Taco Bell at the intersection of Chapel Street and Malvern Road in Prahran just before 8am. Authorities suspect that the victim and his assailant might have been acquainted. The injured man was transported to hospital; his injuries are not life-threatening. Witness Debbie described the chaotic scene to 3AW, stating that there was “blood everywhere.” She noted the presence of around 12 police officers on the scene, indicating that the suspect had likely fled. An investigation is currently in progress as police work to locate the perpetrator.
