Bicyclist Shot in Sydney During Overnight Incident

Late last night, around 11pm, police on patrol in Parker Street, Kingswood, stopped a ute that was being driven erratically. Upon inspection, they found a male passenger suffering from a gunshot wound to his arm.

The victim, a 39-year-old man, reportedly sustained his injuries while riding a bicycle in the Cranebrook area prior to the incident. Fortunately, the driver of the ute, a 43-year-old woman, was unharmed.

Paramedics attended to the injured man at the scene before transporting him to the hospital, where he is currently in a stable condition.

Authorities have launched an investigation into the matter and are appealing to the public for assistance. Anyone with relevant information is encouraged to reach out to Crime Stoppers at 1800 333 000.
