Tragedy struck in Perth last night when a teenager lost his life in a single-vehicle accident. The incident occurred around 10.45pm, involving an Isuzu utility that rolled over near the mudflats adjoining Old Yanchep Road in Pinjar, situated in the northern part of the city.
The victim, an 18-year-old male, sustained critical injuries and unfortunately passed away at the scene of the crash. The driver of the vehicle, a 19-year-old man, emerged unscathed from the incident. He is currently cooperating with authorities as they conduct their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
Authorities are actively seeking assistance from the public and encourage anyone who may have information or dashcam footage related to the event to come forward.
