Queensland Police are seeking information regarding an 18-year-old male, Caleb, who has been reported missing from Logan Reserve since Sunday, March 9. He was last seen at a residence on Burdekin Road around 11 pm, shortly after ex-cyclone Alfred impacted the region. Since that time, there has been no contact with him.
Caleb is described as Caucasian with short brown hair. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing camouflage shorts and was not wearing a shirt or shoes. Authorities are particularly concerned for Caleb’s welfare due to a medical condition he has.
Currently, a search and rescue operation is taking place in Logan. The area is under multiple weather warnings following the severe conditions caused by ex-cyclone Alfred, which has also resulted in nearly 100 power outages due to damage sustained from the storm. Among the warnings, two dangerous flood alerts were issued early on Monday.
The police are calling on anyone who may have seen Caleb or has any information regarding his whereabouts to contact Policelink at 131 444 and reference the number QP2500415222. Your assistance could be vital in helping bring Caleb home safely.
