Emergency services are currently engaged in a rescue operation in Sydney’s northern region, where a man sustained injuries after his car was crushed in a collision. The incident occurred this morning at the Spit Bridge in Mosman, involving a truck.

An ambulance helicopter was dispatched to assist at the scene, with New South Wales Ambulance reporting that emergency teams arrived shortly after receiving the alert at 7:30 am. The man, who is in his 40s, is being extricated from his vehicle by the responders.

Due to the ongoing rescue efforts, the southbound lane is closed, leading to significant traffic delays for motorists in the area.
