A Delta Air Lines commuter flight carrying 80 passengers crashed at Toronto Pearson Airport, flipping upside down on the runway. The incident occurred around 2:45 pm local time, with reports highlighting that three individuals, including a child, sustained critical injuries, while a total of 15 were injured, with the rest suffering minor to moderate injuries. Fortunately, all passengers and crew members were accounted for.

In response to the emergency, a medical helicopter was dispatched to assist at the crash site, where it was reported the aircraft was “upside down and burning.” The flight, operated by Endeavor Air and originating from Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport, faced significant challenges as all arrivals and departures at the airport were halted, and runways were closed.

Airport officials provided immediate updates on the situation, with reports indicating that emergency services were active at the scene, working to ensure safety and provide medical aid. This incident follows recent aviation mishaps, raising concerns regarding flight safety in the region.
