A man is being pursued by authorities following the theft of four high-end vehicles, including a million-dollar Ferrari, from a residence in Balwyn North, Melbourne. The incident occurred around 1.30 am on August 15 when the suspect broke into a home on Greythorn Road.
During the burglary, while a family slept inside, the thief managed to steal four sets of car keys, a wallet, and wireless headphones before making off with the vehicles. Among the stolen cars is a striking red 2019 Ferrari 488 Pista Coupe, which is valued at approximately $1 million and bears the registration plate AYV 298.
In addition to the Ferrari, the suspect took a green or teal 2024 BMW M3 Wagon, a black 2009 Mercedes CLS63, and a black 2011 BMW 135I. These vehicles, like the Ferrari, have yet to be recovered.
