A 32-year-old man has been charged with murder following the death of a 50-year-old man in Brisbane’s inner south over the weekend. The victim was discovered in a West End apartment complex around 4:30 AM on Saturday, found unresponsive and suffering from severe injuries.
Authorities confirmed late on Sunday that they had charged a man from Fortitude Valley in connection to the incident. It has been reported that the accused was familiar with individuals residing at the apartment where the tragic event occurred.
The suspect is expected to make a court appearance today.
