A man and a woman sustained injuries during a shooting linked to an alleged attempted home invasion in Brisbane’s south-east. The incident occurred in Rochedale on Fisher Street at approximately 4.40 am, when two men allegedly attempted to unlawfully enter the residence and opened fire on the property. According to police reports, the victims, who are believed to have been specifically targeted, were later taken to Princess Alexandra Hospital for treatment.
The assailants were reportedly seen fleeing the scene, prompting law enforcement to reach out for public assistance. Authorities are urging anyone with additional information or relevant footage to come forward.
