A man is in a critical condition following a suspected stabbing in Mays Hill, located in Sydney’s western suburbs. Emergency services responded to calls shortly after midnight at Patricia Street, where they discovered a man in his twenties suffering from a serious stab wound to his torso, which authorities have classified as life-threatening.
He was quickly transported to Westmead Hospital for treatment. Another man of a similar age was also found at the scene with an arm injury and has been admitted to the same hospital in a stable condition. It is believed that the two men are acquaintances.
In response to the incident, police have cordoned off two areas on Patricia Street as part of their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the injuries. The authorities are actively pursuing inquiries as they attempt to determine the events that led to the situation.
