Tesla has proudly launched its inaugural diner in Los Angeles, an innovative establishment that features a drive-in cinema, dining options, and an array of Tesla merchandise, all complemented by the quirky service of a Tesla-branded robot. Elon Musk, in a recent post on X, referred to it as a “retro-futuristic diner,” capturing the essence of its unique atmosphere.

Visitors to the diner can enjoy the convenience of ordering food directly from their Tesla vehicle’s screen, while relishing a film on one of the two large 45-foot screens set up for the drive-in experience. In addition to this, the site boasts an impressive 80 V4 supercharger stalls, earning it the title of the largest urban supercharger installation worldwide.

Shortly after its opening, images showcasing the diner’s menu were shared on X, highlighting the emphasis on locally sourced ingredients from across California. Musk’s dream of establishing a retro diner alongside Tesla charging stations in Los Angeles dates back to early 2018, demonstrating his long-held vision for the project.

Positioned on Santa Monica Boulevard, Musk has indicated that the diner could pave the way for similar ventures in major cities around the globe, should it prove successful. This combination of dining, entertainment, and electric vehicle support encapsulates Tesla’s forward-thinking ethos and commitment to enhancing the customer experience.
