Two individuals have sustained gunshot wounds in Parramatta, located in western Sydney. The victims were reportedly inside a vehicle alongside two other occupants when they were targeted by an assailant driving past at the intersection of Church Street and the Great Western Highway in the heart of the city. Authorities have indicated that both injured parties are in critical condition. Additionally, a vehicle was later discovered ablaze approximately 3.5 kilometres away on Todd Street in Merrylands.
