Motorcyclist fatally injured in collision with two vehicles west of Melbourne

A tragic incident on the Princes Highway in Colac West, located west of Melbourne, has resulted in the death of a motorcyclist. The collision occurred just after 11:30 am when the motorcycle struck a vehicle; the impact led to the motorcyclist being subsequently hit by a second vehicle. Both drivers involved in the crash promptly stopped to provide assistance.

In a separate event, another motorcyclist lost their life west of Melbourne in Stockdale. This incident happened around 1:00 pm, with reports indicating that a car and motorcycle collided on Stockdale Road, specifically near the Briagalong-Stockdale Road intersection.

Authorities are investigating both accidents and are appealing for witnesses to come forward with any information that could aid in their inquiries.
