At approximately 3pm today, a man was spotted hanging from the ropes securing the Carnival Adventure cruise ship at Circular Quay. A NSW Police vessel arrived promptly, discovering the individual suspended above the water, with a gathering of onlookers witnessing the incident. Authorities indicated that the mooring line was lowered to the police boat, after which a 30-year-old man was taken into custody. Following his arrest, he was transported to Day Street Police Station. As of now, no charges have been filed against him.
