Paramedics attended to a 69-year-old man who sustained a gunshot wound to his right shoulder, subsequently airlifting him to Westmead Hospital in critical condition. Tragically, on Sunday, it was reported that the man succumbed to his injuries while receiving medical care.
In response to the shooting, police have initiated an investigation, during which they have confiscated three firearms for forensic analysis. A report regarding the incident will be submitted to the coroner to further examine the circumstances surrounding this unfortunate event.
