In a recent memorandum from the White House physician, it has been declared that Donald Trump is “fully fit” to handle presidential responsibilities. This assessment followed his annual physical examination, which highlighted his “frequent victories” in golf as evidence of his strong health.

The report detailed various health metrics, including that the 78-year-old Trump weighs 224 pounds and stands 75 inches tall. His resting heart rate is recorded at 62 beats per minute and his blood pressure at 128/74 mmHg, which has been noted as slightly high. Remarkably, his weight has decreased by about 10 kilograms from his final presidential health check in 2020, when he weighed 244 pounds. Additionally, his cholesterol levels have shown improvement since that time.

Trump achieved a perfect score of 30 out of 30 on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment, a standard test for detecting mild cognitive impairment. Upon his return to Florida, he confidently stated to reporters that he “got every answer right.”

Further examinations concerning the president’s bodily functions returned normal results, including assessments of his eyes, ears, nose, and throat. However, the physician acknowledged some scarring on Trump’s right ear, stemming from a violent incident last year in Pennsylvania.

Dr. Sean Barbabella, the White House physician, remarked on Trump’s “robust cardiac, pulmonary, neurological, and general physical function,” attributing his well-being to an active lifestyle. This includes not only his golfing successes but also his engagement in various public appearances and meetings. The White House has frequently shared Trump’s golfing achievements, including victories at courses he owns in Florida.

The memo also disclosed that a colonoscopy performed last summer indicated Trump has diverticulitis, a condition involving small pouches in the colon wall that can become inflamed. While generally symptomless, diverticulitis can lead to discomfort or bleeding. The document also noted that the president has undergone cataract surgery at some point, although no specific date was provided.

In conclusion, the memorandum asserts that Trump demonstrates excellent cognitive and physical health, affirming his capability to fulfil the role of Commander-in-Chief.
